ChTPZ Group told about the success of its program "The Future of the White Metallurgy" at the international industrial exhibition INNOPROM-2018 and signed a number of important agreements for its further development.
From 9 to 12 July in Yekaterinburg there was an exhibition of INNOPROM for the ninth time. For four days, the capital of the Urals has turned into the country's premier trade fair of industrial equipment and services. The main topic of the exhibition was "Digital Production". On an area of 50 thousand square meters 600 exhibitors from 20 countries presented their products. Traditionally, Belarus, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Japan have represented their national stands. In 2018 they were joined by Hungary, Slovakia and Switzerland.
According to the organizers, INNOPROM-2018 was visited by 46 thousand people from 107 countries. At the same time, the share of professional participants was a record 76%.
It is significant that the number of participants in the business part of the exhibition has increased 4.5 times over the year, which confirms the high status of INNOPROM and the interest of the world community in this exhibition.
Over 100 different contracts and agreements were signed within INNOPROM. That is why experts and participants of INNOPROM-2018 called it "Russian Hanover". In Hannover, the world's largest industrial exhibition HANNOVER MESSE has been held for many years, and the comparison with it is worth a lot.
ChTPZ Group participates in exhibitions around the world. The company has a special attitude to the large exhibition events on the territory of Russia. The ChTPZ Group not only strives to consolidate its status as the leading industrial company of the Russian metallurgical complex, but also to share its achievements with the entire industry of the country.
As part of INNOPROM-2018, the company presented its own stand "Generation of ChTPZ", made in the youth "digital" style with the use of modern graphic elements, special effects and music. Also this year the ChTPZ Group acted as a partner of the status golf tournament INNOPROM GOLF CHALLENGE.
The company was represented at the exhibition by shareholders Andrei Komarov and Alexander Fedorov, as well as managing director of the Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant Alexey Dronov. They held meetings with representatives of state power and business, and also took part in the business program of the exhibition. In particular, Alexey Dronov spoke at the strategic session "Environmental safety of production as a basis for international cooperation".
One of the key events of INNOPROM was the signing by the ChTPZ Group of a number of non-commercial agreements on cooperation in the field of education. They will contribute to the development of the project of the company "The Future of the White Metallurgy" and the entire system of training Russian workers. This program is recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives as the best practice of training workers in the dual model of education.
Since 2011, the ChTPZ Group has been training personnel for the domestic industry within the framework of the program "The Future of the White Metallurgy". Today more than 700 students of the Pervouralsk metallurgical college and polytechnic school, almost 8 thousand schoolchildren of the Sverdlovsk region and more than 80 employees of the company studying at the basic faculty of the UrFU of B. N. Yeltsin "Technologies and equipment of pipe production" at the Educational Center of the ChTPZ Group are involved in the corporate educational program. Within the framework of the program more than 600 skilled workers have been trained, the best of which are employed at the enterprises of the ChTPZ Group.
At INNOPROM-2018, the ChTPZ Group and the Federal State Autonomous Institution "Foundation for New Forms of Education Development" signed an agreement on cooperation. The agreement will contribute to the development and implementation of modern educational programs, as well as to promote the accelerated technical development of children and the realization of the creative scientific and technological potential of Russian youth. The first step is the creation of the children's technopark "Kvantorium ChTPZ" on the site of the "Innovative Cultural Center" in Pervouralsk.
-The creation of the technopark will enhance the positive effect of the existing cooperation between the specialized circles of children's creativity in the region, find an individual approach to the comprehensive development of talented children, and increase the availability of advanced education for the inhabitants of the region. In addition, the creation of "Quantorium" will increase the effectiveness of the program "Ural Engineering School", - said the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC "ChTPZ" Andrei Komarov.
In the framework of INNOPROM-2018, two more important agreements were signed. The recently created Institute for the Development of Dual Education will oversee the work of the Pervouralsk Polytechnic and Pervouralsk Metallurgical College. The Institute, Polytechnic and College signed an agreement on joint activities.
In turn, the government of the Sverdlovsk region and Pervouralsk city district signed a "road map", which will contribute to the implementation of the three key areas of the project. The first is the formation of a single digital educational environment "school-technical school-plant." The second is the introduction of a culture of high productivity into the educational process. And the third is the scaling of the experience gained.
