The 23rd International Industrial Exhibition “Metal Expo 2017” will be held in the territory of the 75th VDNkh pavilion from November 14th to November 17th. According to the organizers’ estimates, more than 550 companies from 32 countries from all over the world are expected to attend it.
According to data provided by the analysts of the World Steel Association (WSA), the steel consumption rate growth in Russia is 1.5%, and 0.5% in the world, which undoubtedly increases one’s interest in the largest metallurgic exhibition in the country. It is expected that more than 30 thousand people will attend the exhibition in four days.
The leading Russian and global metallurgic companies, pipeline industry enterprises, manufacturers of non-ferrous rolled metal and high-refined products, metal product suppliers and service metal centers (SMC), as well as constructors, oilmen, gas workers and mechanic engineers, will all take part in “Metal Expo 2017”.
ChelPipe Group, MMK, TMK, Severstal, Mechel, OMK, NLMK, Evraz, Metalloinvest and many other large companies from Russia and all over the world will present their large-scale expositions at “Metal Expo 2017”. They will provide solutions for the construction industry, machine engineering, fuel and energy complex and many other related branches of industry.
It is expected that by tradition the exhibition will be attended by the top officials and leading experts of the companies. “Metal Expo 2017” is a place where the most state-of-the-art developments are demonstrated and the largest transactions in the metallurgic industry are carried out.
Experts say that today the principal objectives for metallurgic companies are to increase efficiency and to reduce production costs. These and many other tendencies will be discussed by the participants of “Metal Expo 2017” as part of the business program.
The 20th International Conference “Russian Metal Market” will be held on the first day of the exhibition, and a meeting of the Metallurgy Industry Coordination Council under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will be held the day after. There the representatives of branch ministries and agencies, experts of the leading metallurgic companies of the country, experts and analysts will sum up 2017 and discuss the prospects of development of the industry. The 14th Research and Practical Conference “Modern Technologies in the Field of Non-Ferrous Metal Production and Working” and many other interesting industry-specific events will take place as part of “Metal Expo 2017”.
