‘The export of metal products from Russia is steadily growing – the volume of non-resource deliveries was almost 36 billion USD in 2017, which is 30% higher than the numbers of the previous year. To increase the value-added level of export products is the principal objective of REC as an institution that develops non-resource export, and the cooperation with such a major player as ChTPZ is therefore of crucial importance to us. This agreement, which was signed as part of the SPIEF 2018, is intended to strengthen our relations and expand our field of cooperation. Our work will be connected with new international projects and aimed at increasing the volumes of deliveries of Russian high-technology products, summarized Andrey Slepnev, General Director of REC.
